Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while engaging with the local community to grow client relationships.

This year-round, non-exempt role requires on-site presence, with hours that may vary. You will be part of a team of financial experts and use TurboTax marketing support to build a thriving

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Strong tax preparation knowledge and ability to explain tax concepts in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advisory services for TurboTax Retail clients.
• Act as a local ambassador, attracting new clients and building relationships in the community.
• Deliver top-tier customer experiences and assist clients with tax planning and product support.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and use company resources to grow the local TurboTax client base.
