Job summary

Intuit is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor in Illinois to welcome and guide customers through TurboTax services. You will listen, assess needs, and connect customers with the right service or expert, delivering a thoughtful, high-touch experience.

This year-round, non-exempt role requires a friendly host who can work a flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings and weekends; seasonal contracts are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or other high-touch role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs with effective communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming, professional tone from first contact.
• Listen, ask thoughtful questions, understand each customer’s situation and needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and direct them to the right service or expert.
