The role emphasizes listening, empathy, and clear communication to deliver a world-class customer journey and support during tax season, with flexible scheduling and year-round opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to resolve customer needs with effective communication and empathy.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone from the first moment.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer’s situation, concerns, and needs.
• Guide customers to explain options and connect them with the right TurboTax service or expert.
• Support customers through their entire experience from arrival to hand-off with a personal, clear touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions, resolving concerns, and removing obstacles.
