Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by greeting customers warmly and professionally.
• Listen attentively, ask thoughtful questions, and understand each customer's needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert within the TurboTax network.
• Lead customers through the full experience with clarity and personal support.
• Reduce friction by addressing questions and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support was sufficient.
