Intuit Inc. in Illinois seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-store, provide tax expertise, and grow local client base. You will work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, helping clients with full-service tax prep, personalized advice, and software support.

This role emphasizes community engagement, a front-facing retail environment, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing to expand your local presence and client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfort working onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail env.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
• Support local marketing and grow the client base.
