Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs with empathy.
• Experience in a hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and set a welcoming tone.
• Listen to understand each customer's situation, concerns, and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
