This role is year-round, non-exempt, with seasonal options available. The role emphasizes connection, proactive service, and contributing to a premium Intuit TurboTax brand experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and clear communication.
• Experience in a guest-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs and guide to the right TurboTax service or expert.
• Accompany customers through the experience, ensuring touchpoints are personal and smooth.
• Reduce friction by answering questions, resolving concerns, and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support was received.
