Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs with empathy.
• High School Diploma or GED required; hospitality/retail exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone.
• Listen, ask questions, and understand each customer’s situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Accompany customers throughout the experience with clarity and personal touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support was satisfactory.
