Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve needs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality/retail service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming tone.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right service or expert.
