Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to operate on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve clients in-person, applying tax knowledge and software support to deliver accurate returns and personalized guidance.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll grow the local client base, nurture relationships, and leverage marketing resources to foster prosperity for you and the community.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license strongly preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and build client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Leverage marketing support to grow TurboTax’s local client base and presence.
