Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products, while building a local client base and community presence.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service, tax knowledge, and the ability to engage prospects to grow revenue and loyalty year-round.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and lead local marketing efforts.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
