Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their tax needs while building a local client base and fostering loyalty in the community. You will operate as a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing and TurboTax tools to grow your business and assist clients with tax planning, deductions, and refunds, in

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
