Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent TurboTax in the community. This non-exempt, on-site role requires a valid tax credential and comfort in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers at on-site locations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and establish long-term customer relationships.
