Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, collaborate with a network of growth-minded professionals, and participate in local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
