Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice and software support.

You’ll be a trusted advisor helping clients navigate complex tax situations while growing the local TurboTax client base. You’ll be an ambassador in the community, participate in local marketing, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA/attorney)
• Minimum 3 years tax return preparation experience
• Experience with federal and state returns using professional tax software
• Onsite retail environment, weekend availability and 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax prep and advice for TurboTax customers
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships
• Deliver excellent customer experience and professional guidance
