Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will serve in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to help clients navigate complex tax situations with personalized guidance. As a trusted advisor, you will grow the TurboTax client base, participate in local marketing, and build long-term relationships while delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and relationship-building while delivering excellent customer service.
• Interact with customers in-person and through TurboTax tools to address inquiries and overcome tax-related challenges.
