Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community, attract new clients, and drive loyalty while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years handling 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions in clear everyday language.
• Build local client base and foster long-term relationships.
