Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax needs and building your local client base.

As a Retail Expert, you provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the community and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• On-site availability at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
• Assist with local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
