You will serve in-person customers, provide full service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
