Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. This on-site role blends tax knowledge with community engagement to build trusted relationships and grow your client base.

As a non-exempt, 20+ hours per week position, you’ll deliver hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while representing Intuit in the community and supporting local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
Interest in building a local community presence and content for TurboTax.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
