Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. Serve as trusted tax advisor, delivering full-service tax preparation and guidance in a community-friendly setting.

As a front-line ambassador, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, provide personalized tax solutions, and connect with customers using Intuit tools and marketing support. The role is non-exempt and requires weekend availability.

Qualifikationen

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA or attorney) with tax return prep experience.
• PTIN required for filing taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be needed.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (1040, federal/state).
• Knowledge of Circular 230 preferred.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers using TurboTax products.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust to convert one-time clients into long-term relationships.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax’s client base with marketing support.
