Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver tax expertise, build relationships, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes in a friendly retail environment.

As a non-exempt, on-site role, you’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and guidance, engage with the local community, and grow the TurboTax client base with marketing support and tools while upholding Intuit's service

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication skills.
