Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to help customers navigate tax needs while representing TurboTax in the local community.

You will build a local client base, engage prospects, and collaborate with marketing to grow TurboTax presence. This non-exempt onsite role requires at least 20 hours per week, including weekends, and

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Must be onsite 20 hours/week, including weekends.
• Ability to build local client base and online presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.
