Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, aiming to grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships.

This non-exempt, on-site role offers a path to yearly performance rewards and a contributing community impact.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
State licenses/certificates/bonds may be required.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be onsite 20 hours per week at a TurboTax location.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers across simple to complex cases.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client focus.
