Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will advise clients, prepare taxes, and grow your local TurboTax presence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role focuses on in-person tax services, community outreach, and building long-term client relationships within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant state licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios and planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care, building trust and long-term relationships.
