Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term client relationships and contributing to local community growth. The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, customer service excellence, and proactive community engagement, with a non-exempt, part-time schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community; engage prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local marketing efforts and collaborate with TurboTax resources to grow client base and loyalty.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools; explain tax concepts in everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care; build trust and referrals.
• Assist clients in person and via TurboTax video tools; address inquiries and help resolve tax challenges.
