Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes frontline customer service, community engagement, and adherence to Intuit policies, with strong opportunities for marketing-led growth and professional development.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN must be current to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays to Saturdays, 20+ hours weekly.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a retail environment.
