Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while driving local client growth. This non-exempt, on-site role requires at least 20 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday availability, and you must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses/certificates if required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Comfortable working onsite and 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Build long-term client relationships and participate in local marketing.
