Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person clients, building a local client base and community trust.

This non-exempt, part-time role (minimum 20 hours/week) requires on-site presence and offers opportunities to engage with the community, drive client growth, and contribute to Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax work for customers, including deductions optimization and planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and grow long-term client relationships.
