Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identifying customer needs and demonstrating solutions to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; open/close procedures; and asset security, reporting issues as needed.
• Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
