Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations.

You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on devices and services, and demonstrate solutions that meet their needs. You will use digital tools, follow up with customers, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard and support customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions and use solution-based selling.
• Complete in-store training and stay customer-ready with updates.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up, and manage referrals.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and support operations.
