Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on products, and use solution-based selling to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

You will complete in-store training, work with digital tools, and develop relationships with customers, aiming to exceed quality of sale metrics while supporting store operations and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify customer needs and demonstrate wireless solutions to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on store experience, products, processes, and systems; operate with store procedures and safeguard keys/assets.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
