Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in busy National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, showcase solutions, and drive commissionable sales while delivering exceptional service.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or retail experience. You will train on in-store processes, use digital tools, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of products and services; assist with onboarding and self-serve tools.
• Complete training on in-store experiences, products, processes and systems; maintain customer readiness and assist with store operations, opening/closing procedures, and asset security.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
