Job summary

T-Mobile seeks Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, building relationships and exceeding performance targets.

You'll complete training on in-store processes, stay Customer Ready, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
