T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life inside National Sales partner locations.

You’ll engage a high-traffic customer base, educate on devices and services, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling while using digital tools. This role requires a High School Diploma with 6 months of experience; training pay of $5 per hour during onboarding; eligible for an annual stock grant and a guaranteed earnings target of about $20 per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile products and services; identify customer needs and offer solutions.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promotions, and store operations; ensure customer readiness.
• Build relationships with nearby stores and maintain security of kiosk assets.
