Job summary

T-Mobile seeks Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to be the face of the brand in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train with new products, use digital tools, and build lasting relationships. The role offers base pay of $18/hour plus $5 training pay, with guaranteed $20/hour including incentives, a stock grant program, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail environment preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail setting to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to educate customers and demonstrate product value.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers and follow up to encourage referrals and loyalty.
