Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate on products and benefits, and drive sales.

Role requires excellent communication, keen customer service, and the ability to build relationships. Training is provided, with potential for growth and full-time incentives. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; learn and improve skills for the best customer experience.
• Actively connect with customers, build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up, collect referrals, and form relationships with new and existing customers.
