Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help keep customers connected by delivering outstanding service in a busy environment.

You will train on the store-in-store experience, build relationships, and contribute to sales through proactive engagement, referrals, and follow-ups, while upholding T-Mobile's customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, attract referrals, follow up with customers, and drive sales activity.
