Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate on products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. You will complete training on the store-in-store experience, continuously learn, and grow with a company that values energy, passion, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, learn new skills, products, processes, and systems.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
