T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions in a high-traffic environment while learning new skills and processes through training and hands-on experience. This role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship building, and proactive sales support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail setting and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of store benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, learn new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Be friendly, connect with customers, build rapport, trust, and loyalty; proactively attract potential customers to drive sales; follow up, collect referrals, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
