Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand inside warehouse/club kiosks. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools; educate customers and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and reference resources; participate in skills practice and store operations.
• Attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
