Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to deliver energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly service in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while building relationships and driving sales in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities include training on store processes, leveraging digital tools, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources.
• At T-Mobile, provide exceptional service, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and foster relationships to drive sales.
