T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage with customers, educate them on products and benefits, and help drive sales in a high-traffic environment.

You will complete comprehensive training and continuously improve knowledge of systems, processes, and offerings. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, building rapport, and supporting customers through the purchase journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.
