Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates work inside a warehouse/club kiosk, engaging customers in a fast-paced environment. You’ll educate, demo, and recommend solutions while delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a dynamic setting.

Training is provided on products, processes, and systems. Successful candidates are at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and ready to grow with a company offering stock grants, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and showcasing value of benefits and products.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, and processes to provide top-tier customer service.
• Build rapport with customers, drive sales activity, collect referrals, and follow up on Be Back opportunities.
