Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and communicating effectively.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships.
