Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding service in a high-traffic environment.

You will learn store processes, build rapport with customers, and contribute to sales through referrals and follow-ups. Training will be provided, and you’ll work to exceed customer expectations and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase benefits of store-in-store experiences.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, new skills, products, and systems, and continually improve customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales activity in location.
