Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion and expert guidance to every customer interaction in a busy retail setting.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, educate customers on products and benefits, and actively drive sales while delivering outstanding service. Candidates should have a High School diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or retail sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates products and store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, attract potential buyers, and follow up to drive sales.
