Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith in partnership with Home Depot is seeking a Lead Generator to engage customers in-store and schedule HVAC service appointments. You will greet shoppers, communicate HVAC benefits, and build relationships with Home Depot staff to meet program KPIs.

Qualifications

• Able to engage customers in person with an upbeat, helpful demeanor.
• Capable of staying motivated and achieving goals in a retail setting.

• Strong time management and organization to handle store traffic.
• Comfortable presenting benefits and moving conversations toward appointments.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company’s business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display to communicate benefits of HVAC services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their store visit.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify buyers and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and store management while in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for customers and staff.
• Achieve program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
