Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith partners with Home Depot to provide HVAC services. The Lead Generator identifies prospects in-store, engages customers, and schedules appointments for Heating and Cooling services. You will present professionally and leverage the HVAC kiosk to communicate benefits.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated and good listeners with strong time management. Weekend availability is required as part of the role and comprehensive compensation is offered.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company image with Home Depot.
• Maintain the HVAC kiosk/display to communicate HVAC offerings.
• Initiate conversation with prospective customers in-store.
• Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and management.
• Educate customers about the HVAC program and store services.
• Meet program KPIs and attend required trainings.
