Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Utilize the HVAC kiosk/display to communicate benefits of products and services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers in-store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with HD store associates and management while in-store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC program for Home Depot customers and staff.
• Meet program KPIs and attend required meetings and training.
